The REO team at Key Realty provides all aspects of the REO servicing from the initial drive by evaluations through closing.  Years of mitigation experience.  Repair estimates are provided based on personal rehab experience.  Relationships with local city and health inspectors, permitting, HUD and Section 8 requirements allow insight that may save expense and time if handled correctly.

Mr. Murray is a current leader in the Default Services industry. He is a member of many nationwide REO organizations and networks, through which he has advised, moderated and spoken, including being a 2009 REOMAC board member.  Through his many successful nationwide sales offices, he has spent the last 8 years dedicated to managing REO, Loss Mitigation and has evaluated multiple work flow, portal and technology based solutions for some of the industry's leading servicers.

Investments:

Murray serves as a Venture Partner for Point Capital Partners, a distressed asset investment fund as well as the REO Director for multiple offices across the nation including his main office, Key Realty of IL.  Prior to PointCap,  Murray served as President of multiple investment funds, including most recently SoCal Avalar, National Real Estate Ventures and National Asset Management Group.  

Technology:

Murray serves as President/CTO of Realty Pilot, a revolutionary cloud based real estate management solution.  Prior to real estate, Murray served as CTO for a fortune 50 subsidiary and was a program manager for IBM Global Services, concentrating on fortune 50 technology mergers and acquistions.
